Recent advancements in frame-guided assembly
Webb1 feb. 2024 · We describe the use of a frame-guided assembly (FGA) strategy to construct cuboid and dumbbell-shaped hetero-vesicles on DNA origami nanostructure scaffolds. These are achieved by varying the design of the DNA origami scaffolds that direct the distribution of the leading hydrophobic groups (LHG). Webb15 juni 2024 · In previous studies, our group developed a general strategy termed as frame guided assembly (FGA), which could prepare morphology customized vesicles and load multiple drug molecules in a programmable fashion. Then, we found that the existence of the vesicles would enhance the stability and protect the DNA against nuclease enzymes.
